An Entrepreneurial Mindset

This jumped out at me while reading this article on blogs:

Your greatest risk isn’t that you’ll make mistakes that will cost you. Your greatest risk is that you’ll miss opportunities. You need an entrepreneurial mindset, not an employee mindset. Don’t be too concerned with the risk of loss — be more concerned with the risk of missed gains. It’s what you don’t know and what you don’t do that will hurt you the worst.

From Steve Pavlina's 'How to Make Money from Your Blog'

The phrase 'entrepreneurial mindset' was the attention getter. There is a certain way of thinking that allows for success in any endeavor. In business, one key trait to have is to be willing to risk and fail grandly and many times over. This way of thinking is bold, as opposed to an 'employee mindset', which is timid and seeks security.
